School Overview
The goal of Community Connections High School is to graduate productive young adults who are effective problem solvers and decision makers. They will become confident lifelong learners prepared for 21st century challenges. All students are valued individuals with unique personal and academic needs. Advisors, parents, students and adult mentors work collaboratively to develop personalized Learning Plans based on each student’s interests and common learning goals. Students’ strengths and self esteem are developed through innovative and authentic learning opportunities. Community Connections High School fosters this development through project work, internships and academic and personal goals. Our graduates are informed, responsible adults who respect diversity and value lifelong learning.
