be a part of big picture

You'll often hear Big Picture Learning staff refer to themselves as activists. That's because we authentically believe in our collective power to activate - youth, educators, our team and ourselves. We're regularly seeking folks to join our team to fill any number of roles, but what all existing and potential BPL team members have in common is a dedication to equity in education and a rethinking of the systems that will lead to that. It is our vision that students live lives of their own design, supported by caring mentors and equitable opportunities to achieve their greatest potential. Thus, we also believe that team members should lead a professional life of their own design, supported by caring colleagues and equitable opportunities to achieve their greatest potential. Join us

In addition to opportunities within BPL's national office, our network schools often seek to fill vacancies with leaders and educators dedicated to innovation, creative thinking and youth voice; and who value Big Picture Learning's "one student at a time" design. If you've always been interested in working at a Big Picture Learning school, one of these options may be right for you!

Big Picture Learning does our best to keep these lists current, but because opportunities within our network more often than not link out to external job postings, we cannot always ensure accuracy with respect to whether or not the job is still available. Your best bet before considering applying for any of the below opportunities is to click through to determine whether they remain up to date.
