Crystal Eckles is the Program Director for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Internship Program. She is responsible for developing, managing, coordinating, and supporting the direction of the Greater Bentonville Regional Internship Network, including communication with schools, districts, and internal Big Picture Learning personnel. Crystal also supports the broader BPL Design and ImBlaze implementation in the geographic region and supports efforts to advance DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion).

Prior to working for Big Picture Learning, Crystal was the Advisory Director at BPL School - Future School of Fort Smith in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Her other roles included Family and Community Engagement Coordinator, Advisor, and English teacher. Prior to Future School, she was a Special Education Paraprofessional at Fort Smith´s Northside High School. Crystal graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith in 2014 with a B.S. in English. She later graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2021 with an MEd in Educational Leadership.
