Lynne Garfinkel has been a consultant, a coach, a strategist, and a trusted thought partner. A passionate, outcomes-driven leader, Lynne is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams realize their potential and achieve meaningful impact.

With experience spanning large corporations, international consulting firms, start-ups, and mission-driven nonprofits, Lynne brings a holistic, pragmatic approach to fundraising, leadership coaching, strategic planning, board engagement, and organizational development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Life Coach through Lumia Coaching (formerly JRNI), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Lynne is also an active community leader and volunteer. She and her husband, Michael, are the proud parents of two adult children and one fur baby. When she’s not working or giving back, you’ll find her on a hiking trail or in a hot yoga studio.
