Mollie has worked in nonprofit finance since 2017, building experience across grant management, budgeting, reporting, and financial operations. She is drawn to mission-driven work and believes deeply in the importance of investing in young people and expanding opportunities for them to build meaningful futures.

Mollie earned her BBA in Accounting from James Madison University, with a minor in Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communication and a European Business concentration from the University of Antwerpen. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and Pilates, traveling and working nomadically, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and stand-up comedy. Her most recent project is testing her green thumb with an at-home smart garden.
