Quinton is the Strategic Initiatives Manager for our New York Internship Pathways community (NYIP). In this role he supports the development of a student interest-driven real world learning culture for young people in The Bronx and New York State. This is done through a variety of projects, including capacity building in schools, developing partnerships, managing data and policy, supporting grants, and contributing to the general development of The Hub: an innovative space in the Bronx that fosters collaboration among partner organizations, community leaders, students, and professionals to enhance professional and personal skills.

In his previous role, Quinton served as a Project Manager on the Work-Based Learning Labs team at HERE to HERE, partnering with high school and CUNY partners to further embed and enhance work-based learning opportunities for students in The Bronx and NYC. He brings a wealth of experience contributing to a range of innovative approaches to workforce development and advocacy for systemic and educational policy change to improve outcomes for students across the country.

Quinton has B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
