Susana is the Operations Manager for the The Hub (BPL's Office in The Bronx) where she manages the daily operations of the office and provides support with event coordination.

Prior to joining BPL she served as the office and operations manager in the non-profit healthcare and educational institute sectors where she accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in internal operations.

Susana was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and earned her B.A from St. John's University in Italian. When she's off the clock she can be found with her toddler or digging into true crime.
